Shipping Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Please note order are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders will be delivered within 2-7 days depending on where you live in Australia.

2-3 days if you live in a capital city.

7 days if you live in a remote area.

Should you not receive your order within 7 days please contact us urgently.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
